Welcome to ‘The Weekly Rider’

A newsletter that will give me a chance to talk about the upcoming week and how I plan to make to make it better than the last. Like most people, I am constantly trying to improve and I don’t believe I will ever get to a place when I say “that’s good enough” and stop trying. I’m always looking for things to tweak. It could be a workout, a diet, a habit or the way i’m living. I love to challenge myself and switch it up. Don’t you?

Thoughts

Is there something you are putting off from doing? Is there something that you’ve wanted to do for awhile that you just can’t seem to get to?

For me, it’s this newsletter. There are days when I feel incredibly motivated and I’m like “Let’s start that newsletter!” but then I start and realize I have no idea how to do this and I get discouraged and quit. Sound familiar?

Well this is the week I get off the sidelines and get into the arena.

I’ve started a lot of things and then quit. Jobs, podcasts, song ideas and relationships. I blame it on my brain and shiny object syndrome.

I really do want to stay consistent with this. so I stop oversharing about my life on social media and BUILD MY NEWSLETTER!

I can overshare here. That’s enough thoughts for one newsletter. Let’s move to tactics

Tactics

The tactic this week is pick something that you have been putting off and do it!!!!

Thing about how accomplished you feel when you do something that you’ve been putting off and you stop making excuses.

Next time, you get an ounce of inspiration to take action, take it!!

Maybe it’s doing a class, calling a friend, asking a girl/guy out or asking your boss for a raise.

Whatever it is, just jump!!!

Countdown from 5 and just go do it.
